Principal Research Assistant
Inflammasome Lab

Manue joined the Inflammasome Lab in 2024 as a Principal Research Assistant. Manue holds a Master of Science in Industrial Biology (2005) from the École de Biologie Industrielle, France and began her research career at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience with the Little Group, contributing to the GUDMAP project from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, she worked with the Wilhelm Group studying long non-coding RNAs regulating Sox9 during gonad development. From 2011 to 2017, she focused on identifying novel genes involved in lymphatic development with the Francois Group, and from 2017 to 2024, she investigated vascular morphogenesis in development and disease with the Gordon Group. Now, in the Schroder Group, she is investigating inflammasome activation in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
