Celebrating new papers, and farewell to Simone Magnoni

The lab celebrated new paper acceptances with a pub crawl of Brisbane's finest establishments in West End on Friday. Congratulations to everyone in the Inflammasome Lab, and to our wonderful overseas collaborators!

We also used the occasion to farewell Simone Magnoni from Utrecht University, who has now completed the research component of his MSc internship with us. We are sad to see Simone leave the lab, but are excited for him for his upcoming PhD adventures back in Europe.
